Willy Bagtail
It's not common knowledge that this little fella is a migratory bird! At the beginning of September each year it leaves its highly secretive nest in the jungles of Colombia (via submarines) en-route to the main cities of Australia just in time for the AFL and NRL grand finals when reported sightings of the bird boom.

Identification - Unmistakeable, small plastic "baggies" for a tail, rapid wagging to attract potential customers and/or mates. Gold chain with small spoon around the neck.
Call - Rapid Spanish, "si si si si si"
Indigenous names - Djidi-djidi(SW WA), Djirri Djirri (NSW), Jingreejingree (SE QLD)
